Simin began her nursing career in Canada as a Licensed Practical Nurse after immigrating from Iran in 2002. Upon relocating to the United States in 2009, she pursued further education and professional growth—starting at Ambulatory Surgical in Southern Nevada while working toward her Registered Nurse license. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Nevada State University in 2018 and worked as an RN in the Intermittent Care Unit at Summerlin Hospital. Motivated by her desire to serve patients at a higher level, she completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, graduating with honors.
