This assessment is designed to evaluate a Medical Assistant’s current knowledge in administrative areas relevant to the Center for Wellness and Pain Care (CWPC). It focuses on skills such as scheduling, insurance verification, patient check-in/out procedures, medical record management, HIPAA compliance, and communication within the healthcare team. The goal of this assessment is to understand the candidate’s starting point and determine where additional training may be necessary.
This assessment will also help us measure your progress after 2-4 weeks of training to evaluate your fit for the role and your development within the company.
