DR. NEVILLE CAMPBELL, M.D. / M.B.A. D Dr. Neville Campbell is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a board-certified interventional pain management physician. He completed both his medical training and his anesthesiology residency in New York City at renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine and State University of New York at Downstate respectively. After completion of residency training, he returned to Mount Sinai Hospital to complete an ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship program, in the Department of Anesthesiology.
Trina Thompson is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed by the state of Nevada and board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She currently specializes in Pain Management at the Center for Wellness and Pain care of Las Vegas. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at South University. Trina is originally from Michigan. In her spare time she enjoys music, concerts, traveling and going to the beach.
Dr. Ruben G. Alexander, M.D.
Dr. Ruben G. Alexander, M.D. is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician. Dr. Alexander graduated as the valedictorian from Morehouse College with a perfect 4.0 GPA. After college, he completed his medical school training and internship in general surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Alexander subsequently went to Brooklyn, New York to complete his residency in anesthesiology at the State University of New York at Downstate, where he served as chief resident. After completion of residency training, he completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in pain management at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Alexander brings his expertise in medical management and interventional skills in order to help patients dealing with acute and chronic pain states. He is revered by both peers and patients alike. He has earned awards and accolades such as induction into honor societies (Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha) and being named a Gamble 21st Century Scholar and FOCUS Research Fellow. Additionally, Dr. Alexander serves not only his local community but also serves abroad in medically underserved communities, sharing his knowledge and compassion to those in need. Dr. Alexander hails from Atlanta, GA and lives with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys travel, photography, golf and movies.
Shenakwa Tennille Hawkins
Shenakwa Tennille Hawkins is a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed by the state of Nevada and California to provide family centered healthcare to patients of all ages. She currently specializes in Pain Management at the Center for Wellness and Pain care of Las Vegas. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Azusa Pacific University and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing again at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. According to USA today, Azusa Pacific University ranked number eight amongst the ten best U.S. colleges as having one of the best nursing programs in the United States. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Javier Avila, PA-C
Javier Avila, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. He received his postgraduate physician assistant training at the Western University of Health Sciences. Javier has extensive experience in treating patients with a multitude of acute and chronic pain conditions. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Pain Management. Javier is married and the father of two girls. He spends his free time coaching youth sports and working out with his wife and kids.
Eboni Algee MSN, FNP-C
Eboni is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in Pain and Family Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in St. Louis, MO., and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in Addison, IL. She holds a national board of certifications with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She joined the Center for Wellness and Pain Care of Las Vegas after working six years as a staff nurse in emergency medicine, critical-care, med-surgical, neurosurgery, interventional telemetry, and postoperative care. Eboni is a mother of an athletic son who keeps her busy in her spare time. She enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, cardio-boxing and reading medical research to aid in her knowledge in the field of medicine. "I became a Family Nurse Practitioner because I wanted to provide optimum patient-care, while providing emotional, spiritual, and moral support. I tend to care for my patient as I would care for my own loved ones, and in my opinion that makes a world of difference".
